Deploying AI Across PT National Prescription System
Designed how AI could be introduced into Portugal’s national medical prescription system, responsible for the prescription of all medications nationwide, handling ~55 million prescriptions per year. Translated legal, clinical, and operational requirements into concrete system logic; defining where AI can assist, where it must defer, and how it operates safely inside live clinical workflows.

Designed and deployed an operator-style system to detect illegal live sports streams for one of Europe’s largest broadcasters, protecting thousands of live sports events and tens of thousands of hours of premium content every year, operating across social platforms and hostile streaming sites. Replaced keyword scraping with vision-driven, multi-agent workflows that can scroll, click, dismiss ads, start streams, and verify live content; producing evidentiary artifacts (screenshots, URLs, timestamps) ready for takedown and legal action, in real time.
